Abstract
Complete situs inversus (SI) is a very rare anomaly characterized by the total inversion of all abdominal and thoracic organs. SI has been traditionally considered an absolute contraindication for liver and heart transplantation. We report a case of a donor with complete SI diagnosed at the time of organ recovery and we review the literature concerning this anomaly and organ transplantation.Entities:
