Abstract
A case of ectopic pregnancy with a gestational sac in the right tube of 25 mm diameter and beating fetal heart was treated conservatively by transvaginal, ultrasonically guided injection of potassium chloride and methotrexate. Serum levels of beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin returned to normal in 42 days and the tubal mass collapsed gradually and resolved in 7 weeks.Entities:
