Abstract
We present a case of thoracic actinomycosis with hematogenous spread to the contralateral para-spinal muscles and ipsilateral lower extremity causing extensive myositis of the thigh. Aspiration secondary to chronic alcoholism and poor dentition were responsible for thoracic actinomycosis with subsequent hematogenous dissemination.Entities:
