Abstract
Tuberculosis of the larynx and hypopharynx is an uncommon entity and rarely considered in the differential diagnosis of the laryngo-pharyngeal diseases. We describe a case of a 40-year-old man with tuberculous involvement of the aryepiglottic fold and medial wall of the sinus pyriformis mimicking a malignancy. Current literature concerning the clinical, histopathological, radiological and diagnostic features of this rare entity is discussed.Entities:
