Abstract
Here we report the first documented case of rice body formation within the biceps tenosynovium in a patient with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. We discuss the pathophysiology and the clinical and radiographic findings and correlate these to prior case studies. Lastly, we suggest that limited awareness is a barrier in achieving a timely diagnosis and appropriate management.Entities:
