Abstract
Parkinson's disease is a common neurodegenerative disorder associated with aging. After essential tremor, it is the most common movement disorder of the elderly. Parkinson's disease is the most common disabling movement disorder. This article reviews the major clinical features, differential diagnosis, approach to diagnosis, and initial management of Parkinson's disease.Entities:
