Abstract
Complications from laparoscopically placed staples are rare. We present two patients with ureteral obstruction secondary to eroded staples. Each patient had a remote history of laparoscopic abdominal or pelvic surgery and was treated with endoscopic removal and short-term ureteral stenting.
