Abstract
Contralateral pneumothorax is potentially lethal in patients who have undergone pneumonectomy. There are few reports about the diagnosis and treatment of this situation. This is a report of our experience with selective lobar ventilation of the middle and lower lobes using a guidewire and a bronchial blocker in the right upper bronchus of a patient who had previously undergone left pneumonectomy.Entities:
