Abstract
A nine-year-old boy presented with a serious periodontal lesion caused by a rubber band that had been used to close a medial diastema. Surgery was required to remove it. The impaction of a foreign body in the periodontal space should be suspected when a clinical attachment level is lost during childhood.Entities:
