Abstract
We present a 65 year old patient who complained of pain in the right supracondylar femur region after minor trauma. He previously underwent arthrodesis of the knee and had had several operative treatments for a septic hip endoprosthesis on the same side. The MRI showed a fracture of the supracondylar femur, which was successfully treated by partial intra- and extramedullary minimal invasive osteosynthesis.Entities:
