Abstract
A case of giant renal artery aneurysm in a 63-year-old man is presented. Renal artery aneurysms are rare (incidence of <1%) and this case is one of the largest giant renal artery aneurysms recorded in the literature. This case also demonstrates the value of multidetector spiral CT renal angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis, planning and treatment of renal aneurysms.Entities:
