Abstract
Multiple surgical techniques for repair of neglected Achilles tendon ruptures have been described in the literature. The authors present a case using a freeze-dried Achilles tendon allograft for repair of a neglected rupture of the Achilles tendon with a defect of 10 cm. At 1-year follow-up, the patient achieved pre-injury functional use of the affected limb.Entities:
