Abstract
A case of giant cell angiofibroma in a 73-year-old man is reported. The tumour was located in the upper-inner quadrant of the right orbit and recurred 16 months after surgical removal. The clinicopathological features of this rare neoplasm--that is nowadays considered a variant of solitary fibrous tumour--are reviewed and briefly commented on.Entities:
