Abstract
In a 71-year-old man with a history of coronary artery bypassing using the left internal thoracic and gastroepiploic arteries, the first jejunal artery aneurysms were found by chance at 3D-CT performed to evaluate conditions of the grafts. He was successfully treated by transcatheter embolization using interlocking detachable coils. During a follow-up period of 5 months, the patient did well and had no sign of intestinal ischemia.Entities:
