Abstract
During the past few years, mastocytosis research has reached important milestones, including the formulation of diagnostic criteria, definition of markers, and targeting of mutated KIT. Important aims for the future are to standardize diagnostic assays and techniques, and to achieve harmonization among centers as a basis for the design of multicenter clinical trials in SM, including the rare ASM and MCL subvariants.Entities:
