Abstract
Analogues of serofendic acid were prepared and their protective effects against L-glutamate (Glu)-induced neurotoxicity were examined using primary cultures of rat cortical neurons. Some analogues exhibited similar neuroprotective activity to that of serofendic acid.Entities:
