Complete covered duplication of the bladder, urethra, vagina, uterus and visceral sequestration.

Abstract

We report a rare case of female covered exstrophy with complete duplication of the lower genitourinary tract and visceral sequestration, unassociated with other congenital anomalies. To our knowledge the occurrence of this anomaly with complete urinary continence has not been reported previously.
