Abstract
A 60-year-old female with chronic lymphatic leukemia developed a complete facial paralysis. Clinical examination revealed a tumor protruding through the cranial part of the eardrum. A CT scan and biopsy specimens showed a leukemic infiltrate in the middle ear with extension to the facial canal. She was successfully treated with radiotherapy.Entities:
