Abstract
We report a case of a cardiac lipoma in the interventricular septum complicated with mitral regurgitation and atrial fibrillation in a 74-year-old woman. Surgical excision of the tumor was performed with mitral annuloplasty and a Maze III procedure. She continues to do well 7 months postoperatively.Entities:
