Abstract
Villous adenomas of the urinary tract are extremely rare tumours belonging to the adenoepithelial metaplasias. They can be associated with other neoplasias, especially with carcinomas. We describe the case of an 85-year-old female patient suffering from a villous adenoma of the renal pelvis and ureter.Entities:
