Abstract
The selective knockdown of genes using RNA interference, and the analysis of the resultant phenotype using calcium imaging, is proving to be a powerful combination for discovering new genes involved in calcium signalling. This technical note describes the application of this approach to the Drosophila S2 cell line and its derivatives.Entities:
