Abstract
We describe a case of impending paradoxic embolism in a 35-year-old woman who had a diagnosis of metastatic breast carcinoma. The patient presented with acute pulmonary embolism and was treated with anticoagulation therapy without any sign of a clinical embolic event.Entities:
