Abstract
We report the successful surgical management of a giant chronic left ventricular pseudoaneurysm that developed after an inferior myocardial infarction in a 71-year-old female Jehovah's Witness. The case presented a highly risky challenge to the surgeon because of the faith's stance of refusing blood transfusion.Entities:
