Abstract
A 69-year-old woman had severe aortic stenosis with a circumferentially calcified aorta from the ascending aorta to the aortic arch, and moderately impaired left ventricular function. Implantation of an apicoaortic valved conduit was performed as aortic clamping was not feasible. The early results were excellent.Entities:
