Abstract
We report a rare case of spontaneous dissection of an anomalous systemic artery supplying a normal basal segment of the right lung during pregnancy, leading to recurrent hemoptysis. This article aims to discuss the clinical presentation, diagnostic curiosity, management using a minimally invasive technique (video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy), and finally the histopathologic findings.Entities:
