Abstract
This is the first reported case of development of agranulocytosis induced by continuous intravenous infusion of a large quantity of ritodrine hydrochloride for tocolysis. It is suspected that the pathophysiological mechanism is a dose-related toxic reaction and a cell loss maturation process of myelocytes.Entities:
