Abstract
Pigmented villonodular synovitis of the wrist is a rare and benign lesion. The bone involovement means an agressive form, but adequate treatment permit to avoid the recurrences. The authors analyse a case with good evolution after synovectomy and bone debridement, with review of literature.Entities:
