Abstract
On the basis of a case study the success of palliative radiation of metastasis of a non-small-cell lung cancer in the spine is demonstrated and the limits of this palliative therapy are discussed. Pain control seems to be the first aim, stabilisation of the spine and myelodecompression to prevent paraplegia could be another.Entities:
