Abstract
Primary malignant lymphoma is uncommon in the lower urinary tract and is especially rare in the penis. Penile lymphoma has been reported in adults but not in children. Herein, we report a 4-year-old boy who had a painless penile mass without significant constitutional symptoms for 2 months. After surgical biopsy, pathologic examinations showed that the lesion was a B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. No other metastatic lesions were revealed. The patient was subsequently treated with chemotherapy but no radiation therapy. The child remains in complete remission 24 months from his last chemotherapy. Penile lymphoma should be considered when penile masses are found in children.Entities:
