Abstract
Mycobacterium kansasii is a relatively common cause of nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary infection. Septic arthritis caused by Mycobacterium kansasii, on the other hand, is rare. Reported here for the first time is the case of an 82-year-old patient with an infection of a prosthetic knee joint with Mycobacterium kansasii.Entities:
