Abstract
We present the case of a 40 year-old man with biventricular nonvalvular vegetations presenting with acute onset of unilateral hearing loss and headache as a result of septic emboli. The medical literature involving the rare diagnosis of mural vegetation is reviewed and unusual features of this case are discussed.Entities:
