Abstract
The authors describe the rare case of fibrous dysplasia in temporal bone. Dysplasia fibrosa is a benign osseous condition that may involve one or more bones in the cranial and extracranial skeleton. Temporal bone involvement occurs in 18 per cent of craniofacial diseases. Clinical, radiographic and histologic examinations are essential to confirm the diagnosis of fibrous dysplasia. Treatment of illness depends on the associated symptoms.Entities:
