Abstract
Traumatic perforation of the oesophagus is potentially life-threatening. Primary closure may compromise luminal diameter if the defect is large. This report describes the use of a primary sternocleidomastoid flap in the repair of a gunshot injury to the cervical oesophagus.Entities:
