Abstract
We describe a case of intrauterine gastric perforation in a 31-week gestational age baby girl. The patient presented at birth with abdominal distension, respiratory distress, and massive pneumoperitoneum on radiography. The perforation was managed by resuscitation, celiotomy, and gastrostomy tube placement through the site of perforation. This is the second report of an intrauterine gastric perforation in the literature.Entities:
