Abstract
A 3-year-old boy presented with a 15 x 15-cm papulonodular lesion on his left shin of 8 weeks' duration. The lesion was considered a Majocchi's granuloma caused by Trichophyton tonsurans. He was treated with griseofulvin and topical clotrimazole and hydrocortisone cream and responded well after 8 weeks of treatment.Entities:
