Abstract
We present a case of bilateral chylothorax and lung carcinomatous lymphangitis. Clinical evolution was unfavorable, leading to death due to respiratory insufficiency. Necropsy showed widespread metastatic adenocarcinoma of unknown primary. From this case, we review the etiology, diagnosis and therapeutic options available in chylothorax.Entities:
