Abstract
DXplain is an expert system designed to suggest a set of diseases that are associated with a set of clinical findings entered by a health student or practitioner. It has been widely used for almost 20 years, during which time many new functions and capabilities have been added. We discuss the ways in which different classes of user interact with the system and which functions are most commonly used.Mesh:
