Abstract
This case report demonstrates a rare complication of false aneurysm formation at the proximal and distal ends of a stent graft that was placed in the descending thoracic aorta to repair an atherosclerotic aneurysm with a fibrotic, solid aortic wall. This complication can develop not only in penetrating aortic ulcers and aortic dissections but also in atherosclerotic aneurysms.Entities:
