Abstract
We describe a pediatric renal transplant patient with Mycobacterium bovis disease who was successfully treated using an antituberculosis regimen that included rifampin. We discuss the history of M. bovis and the diagnosis and management of M. bovis infection in renal transplant patients.Entities:
