Abstract
The treatment of psychotic symptoms in patients with a previous history of neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) remains a dilemma. The authors describe a case in which clozapine caused NMS in a schizophrenic man who had previously experienced NMS during treatment with various antipsychotics. To their knowledge, this is the first report of "classical" NMS caused by clozapine alone.Entities:
