Bronchial granular cell tumor: a case presenting secondary obstructive changes on CT.

Abstract

Bronchial granular cell tumor is an uncommon benign tumor that causes pulmonary complications due to obstruction of the airways. We report a case presenting bronchial obstruction on high resolution (HR) computed tomography (CT).
