Abstract
Congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction is a common disorder in infants, with up to 20% of all newborns suffering from epiphora during the first year of life. This paper reviews the current evidence regarding the incidence, natural history, and management of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. It highlights the role of nasendoscopy in improving the understanding of the condition, which has resulted in better overall management.Entities:
