Abstract
A 40-year-old nulliparous woman with a 7-year history of progressive abdominal discomfort and lower urinary tract symptoms was diagnosed with a deeply infiltrating 4-cm bladder endometrioma. After failing conservative therapy, she was treated with simultaneous transurethral and laparoscopic partial cystectomy and robot-assisted bladder reconstruction. She remained symptom free at last follow-up.Entities:
