Abstract
Although the association and causality between chronic inflammatory states and systemic AA amyloidosis have been well established, the evidence linking solid malignancies to reactive AA amyloidosis is scarce. Here, a case of diagnosed AA amyloidosis associated with synchronous carcinomas of stomach and bladder complicated with nephrotic syndrome and renal failure is reported.Entities:
