Abstract
In the past, arthroscopic technique for the treatment of a torn acetabular labrum was limited to simple debridement of the torn tissue. However, due to recent advancements in the understanding of the function of the labrum, it has been suggested that labral repair can be beneficial. The purpose of this article is to report a new technique for arthroscopic rim trimming of pincer-type femoroacetabular impingement and labral repair through the lateral arthroscopic portal.Mesh：
