Abstract
A 59-year-old woman presented with multiple translucent papules on the inner surface of the tragus of the right ear. Initially they were treated with cryotherapy, with a later biopsy revealing the diagnosis of colloid milium. The histology was unusual for adult colloid milium as the lesion lacked a Grenz zone and evidence of solar elastosis. This together with a lack of aetiological factors made it difficult to classify the subtype of colloid milium.Entities:
