Abstract
We report an unusual case of a 78-year-old woman with primary ovarian tumor that consisted of primitive neurectodermal tumor and endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The patient presented with abdominal pain and weight loss and had disseminated disease at her initial presentation. She was treated with debulking surgery followed by chemotherapy. The patient was still asymptomatic at the 6-month follow-up.Entities:
