Abstract
[structure: see text] A mixed-base, beta-amino acid containing, pyrrolidinyl peptide nucleic acid (PNA) binds strongly and selectively to complementary DNA in an exclusively antiparallel fashion. The PNA-DNA binding specificity strictly follows the Watson-Crick base-pairing rules.Entities:
