Abstract
Radiation myelitis, while rare, is one of the most devastating complications of radiation treatment. We report here a case of a 25-year-old Middle Eastern man with progressive myelopathy 21 months following low dose irradiation of the cord in the context of high dose chemotherapy and stem cell rescue and a review of the literature.Entities:
