Abstract
Posterior sternoclavicular dislocations are relatively uncommon injuries. Nevertheless, these dislocations are associated with potentially fatal injuries to the mediastinum and the great vessels. Medial clavicle physeal injury with posterior dislocation may present with a similar clinical picture in younger patients. There is a wide variety of techniques for managing these injuries. In this article, we review recent techniques for reducing and managing posterior sternoclavicular dislocations.Entities:
